Description:

Spode's Leaf pattern is exhibited on an earthenware side plate in blue underglaze.  It is an example of a sheet pattern.  The object of the sheet pattern would be an all over engraving on the copper plate to create a transfer that, with the proper cutting, could be used anywhere on any item.
