Colossal Vase and Cave

Description:

Shown on the outside of a comport printed in blue underglaze.  There is no source print known for the pattern, although it is reminiscent of  "A Colossal Vase near Limisso in Cyprus".  The interior of the comport is seen with two different patterns: "Antique Fragments at Limisso" and "Citadel near Corinth", shown in the images below.  Click on the images to enlarge them.
